That 70's show was the extremely popular Fox series based on the lives of teenagers living in Point Place, Wisconsin, a fictional suburb of Milwaukee. The series takes place from 1976 to 1979. It combined a great cast with interesting subject matter to create a memorable and great show.
The show focused on the adventures of several key characters. The main character, Eric Forman, is the standard geeky teenager trying to struggle through difficult times. Donna Pinciotti is his feminist girlfriend who also happens to live next door. Steven is a rebellious rocker who enjoys the use of recreational drugs. Michael is a egotistical and somewhat slow man who tends to be a bit of a ladies man. Jackie is a cheerleader who is a little shallow and concerned mainly with money. Fez is the amusing foreigner who is constantly looking to score. Kitty and Red round out the cast as Eric's parents who struggle to be good parents in the changing times.
This show really made a name for itself in the way that it showed the times. It provided a really good comedy series, that also explored many of the key social changes that the 70's brought about. Because of this, it continues to be remembered as a groundbreaking show.
